Dear High School teams,

Welcome to the beginning of the 2018 Student Astronaut Challenge. There are just a few reminders,  announcements, small changes and/or modifications we wanted to make sure you were aware of.

1. All changes, announcements and the listing of semi-finalists and finalists as part of the simulation competition will be published on this Blog site. It is your responsibility to check it periodically, and if you qualify, to report at the scheduled time published.

2. The competition schedule has been updated on the web site, please use that for the  remainder of the competition. Changes were necessary due to venue issues and one of the teams dropping out.

3.The Landing challenge will be held in the same room as the Lab Challenge in the Education Center.
The landing challenge finals will be held in the mobile Space Flight simulator Enterprise.

4. Please wear your black Student Astronaut Challenge T-shirts tomorrow.

5.  We do realize that some competitors are moving from one event to another with a small amount of  time in between. Please don't feel you need to rush between events or stress out over the  short time interval, we realize this and will be accommodating. 

6. The Awards ceremony on Saturday will be located in the Astronaut Encounter auditorium, however the time has moved form 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
